Delete your Kauntor account
You can permanently delete your Kauntor account and the data associated with it at any time. Kauntor is developed by Kauntor (support@kauntor.com).
Delete from the app
- Open Kauntor and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab, then tap the menu icon (☰) at the top right.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the menu.
- Confirm by tapping Delete in the alert that appears.
If you signed in with Apple
Apple asks you to authorize once more before the deletion runs, so we can revoke your Apple token. If you dismiss that sheet, nothing is deleted — reopen Delete Account and complete the Apple prompt.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@kauntor.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request against the account email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Profile information (name, username, photo, measurements)
- Workouts, cardio activities, meals, and body-weight history
- Photos and videos you uploaded, including progress photos
- Comments, likes, and follows
What may be retained
- Aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics that are not tied to your identity
- Records we’re legally required to keep, for as long as required
